What will you do?

 

As an Enterprise Data Product Analyst – Governance & Insights, you will support the Business Product Owner of the Modern Data Warehouse, a central platform in our enterprise data strategy. In this role, you will translate business needs into actionable product requirements and contribute to data governance, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. The position involves working with multiple business areas, structuring complex information, and supporting the development of a growing data ecosystem.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Requirements engineering and backlog management, including gathering and structuring business requirements
  • Stakeholder collaboration and communication across multiple teams, countries, and time zones
  • Data governance and reporting (e.g., Data Catalog, permission reports, data quality insights)
  • Coordination of cross-department information flows and alignment across business processes
  • Product documentation and knowledge management
  • QA support, testing coordination, and monitoring of data quality
  • User enablement, training, and support for adoption of data solutions
  • Contributing to organizing and structuring information in a newly forming data environment

 

 

Requirements

 

  • At least 4–5 years of experience in data-related roles or business analysis connected to data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and connect information across teams
  • Familiarity with data governance and reporting concepts
  • Fluent English and effective cross-cultural communication skills
  • Ability to bring structure to complex environments

 

 

Nice to have

 

  • Experience with enterprise data platforms and/or data catalog tools
  • Experience in Microsoft Power BI
  • Understanding of data cataloging, permission management, and metadata concepts
  • Experience in agile product environments
  • General familiarity with digital tools and configurable systems
