What will you do?

 

As a DevOps/ Release Manager you will design and develop DevOps/CICD/DataOps processes and pipelines and ensure the seamless integration of development and operations processes. You will work closely with development, SRE, and ITAO teams to ensure fast, repeatable, and compliant releases. 


Your tasks:

 

  • Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD) and Continuous testing pipelines across all application components, data models, transformations, etc.
  • Administer Jenkins master/agent topology, manage plugins, nodes, security matrix, and integrate with SCM tools like Bitbucket.
  • Develop Helmcharts and manage lifecycle of services deployed on OpenShift 4.x clusters
  • Manage core K8s Objects: Deployments, StatefulSets, DaemonSets,  Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, PVCs
  • Coordinate production releases across multiple environments with Jira, ServiceNow, and automated change management workflows
  • Ability to provide technical leadership in major incident investigation, problem and change management activities
  • Automate certificate provisioning and renewal using Vault, Cert-Manager, or shell scripts
  • Automate database deployment processes, ensuring consistency across environments
  • Integrate Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack for observability into pipelines and environments
  • Integrate and manage tools such as Bitbucketfor version control, Docker for containerization, and Ansible for configuration management
  • Work closely with development teams, product owners, IT operations, and business stakeholders to coordinate releases and deployments

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer or SRE role
  • Hands on experience with DevOps tools like Ansible/ Jenkins/ IaC(e.g. terraform)/etc. for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Proven experience in Monitoring & Observability solutions (e.g. Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
  • Hands-on knowledge of Secrets Management and Certificate Lifecycle Management
  • Experience working with containerized environments and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of Database Deployment and automation
  • Strong collaboration skills and a mindset focused on Continuous Improvement (e.g. feedback loops, retrospectives, process optimization)
  • Strong skills in scripting languages like Python, Bash, Groovy
  • Proficiency with Git as version control system
  • Experience in working in Agile environment and toolset
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Enthusiastic willingness to learn and develop technical and soft skills as needs require rapidly and independently.
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
