What will you do?

 

As Junior IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting staff in the installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance of computers, external devices and software based on accepted standards and guidelines. You will also be responsible for remote technical support and training of staff in the use of computers, computer devices and software, as well as the maintenance of GFT's corporate systems (Active Directory, MS Entra ID, anti-virus, MDM, etc.).  

 

If you have a degree in a relevant field, one year of experience in a similar position, have experience in user support, diagnosing network problems, have a good knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft 365 and can communicate fluently in English.... APPLY.

Your skills:

 

  • Knowledge of Windows 10
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform applications
  • Experience in user support
  • Experience in diagnosing basic network problems
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good written and spoken English (global user support)
  • Ability to work under time pressure

 

 

Nice to have:

 

  • Knowledge of macOS/Jamf
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Defender ATP
  • Knowledge of PowerShell basics
  • Knowledge of mobile devices (Android, iOS)
  • Ability to replace components in devices, consumables
  • Basic knowledge of Azure/Intune
