About the project:

Development of a Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) platform for a banking client, aimed at enabling the tokenization of traditional financial products. The platform will support the transformation of instruments into digital tokens, facilitating alternative trading mechanisms and enhancing product liquidity and accessibility.  

 

What will you do?

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications across front-end, back-end, and database layers to ensure availability, performance, scalability, and security.
  • Work independently on technical analysis, software development, and DevOps activities, taking ownership of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, QA, DBA, IT Ops/Support, and application teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Provide support for Blockchain/DLT systems post go-live, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate existing applications and platforms, conducting gap analysis and recommending enhancements or alternative solutions.
  • Suggest architectural improvements and contribute to process optimization.
  • Explore and adopt new technologies, producing rapid proofs of concept where required.
  • Translate business and IT requirements into effective, reliable, and scalable technical solutions. 

 

Your skills

  • Good knowledge of Java based  n-tier application (preferably with spring framework), JavaScript and Typescript, HTML 5, CSS 
  • UI Framework : Angular  
  • Responsive Web Design , Progressive Web Design 
  • React and UI testing experience (using Playwright framework).
  • Any RDBMS or NoSQL Databases. PostgreSQL experience will be added advantage
  • Ability to work independently on technical analysis, development and DevOps Activities and take ownership
  • Development experience (3 years +)
  • Flexibility to work in any new technology/ languages related to Blockchain  

 

Nice to have

  • Experience in following Blockchain technologies:
    • Distributed Ledger Technologies (Ethereum, Corda, IBM Hyperledger Fabric, any other)
    • Languages: Any blockchain native language such as Go, Java, Kotlin, Solidity or any other functional programming language like DAML
  • Exposure to Cryptography technologies
  • Cloud experience
  • Issue/Work Tracking:  Jira, RTC
