What will you do?

As a Software Test Lead you will be responsible for creation of test cases and scenarios, test planning, requirement analysis, contact with Client. In addition, responsibilities will include working closely with programmers and analysts as well as programming/writing automated test scripts and improving testing tools.

Looking for a hybrid working model combining 3 days every week at the office with remote working.

Required skills:

• Knowledge of various testing techniques and the ability to use them in practice (at least 5 years of commercial experience)
• Strong knowledge and experience with Postman, Kafka, REST
• At least 2 years of experience in test automation
• Programming experience in Java
• Strong experience with backend automation and performance testing tools
• Knowledge of JMS, Spring Boot
• Experience with implementation of testing processes, requirement analysis, release process, test management
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle processes and the QA lifecycle and methodology
• Experience in every-day use of version control system (git)
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of CI/CD processes
• Experience with JIRA and other defect tracking tools
• Experience in creating test documentation and test reports
• Reading and understanding of backend architecture, documentation, UML diagrams
• Desire to build and evolve automation and development skills
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, objectivity, strong problem-solving skills
• Fluent English in speech and writing (frequent communication with English-speaking clients)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in banking industry - knowledge of clearing
• Programming experience in Python
