Salary range: 125–163 PLN net/h

What will you do?

You will work in a cross‑functional engineering team responsible for end‑to‑end software delivery, from analysis and design through implementation and testing to production support. You will contribute to an advanced financial‑data platform powered by Python and modern data‑processing technologies. The role includes continuous collaboration with the product owner, designing solutions aligned with technical guidelines, iterative delivery of features and improvements, and maintaining a stable, high‑performance production environment.

Your tasks

• Collaborate in a team of 4–6 people with a dedicated product owner
• Translate business requirements into deliverable user stories
• Deploy changes iteratively into production
• Take shared responsibility for production support
• Identify and reduce technical debt
• Design solutions aligned with technology standards
• Pair with other engineers during development

Your skills

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Python
• Experience with Pandas, Numpy and Flask or Django
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work with local and distributed teams
• Leadership mindset and ability to support junior developers
• Open and flexible approach to learning new technologies

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning, NLP or AI
• Background in FX or Rates pricing systems
• Knowledge of KDB or cloud technologies
• Experience with JavaScript or Vue
