Salary range: 125 - 160 PLN/H

What will you do?

You will work on large-scale financial services platforms supporting investment banking operations, focusing on digital transformation, process automation, data integration, and application modernization. The role combines backend development and DevOps responsibilities, with a strong focus on cloud-native technologies, high-performance messaging systems, and scalable enterprise solutions deployed in a highly regulated environment.

Your tasks

• Design and develop Java-based applications and services
• Implement and maintain cloud-native solutions on Azure and AKS
• Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Helm
• Develop and optimize messaging solutions using Kafka and RabbitMQ
• Enhance application security using Spring Security
• Deploy and maintain containerized applications
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and delivery
• Work with SQL and PostgreSQL databases
• Support application modernization and automation initiatives

Requiremnts

• 5-10 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Java-based applications
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Security
• Experience in DevOps practices and cloud-native application development
• Practical knowledge of Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Terraform, and Helm
• Experience with containerization technologies and deploying applications in Kubernetes environments
• Experience working with messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ and Kafka
• Experience building and maintaining high-performance messaging applications
• Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL
• Experience working with distributed caching and data grid technologies such as Apache Ignite and Hazelcast
• Strong performance tuning and optimization skills
• Openness to work hybrid from our client's office (Kraków) 3 days a week
