Salary range: 14 580-22 350 PLN gross
What will you do?
You will work on a large‑scale digital platform, building and enhancing end‑to‑end features across both backend and frontend.
Your tasks:
- Enhancing our on-premise digital platform to enable teams to build and deploy products efficiently.
- Developing our flagship Single Dealer Platform, prioritizing accessibility, performance, and modern web standards.
- Collaborating with global Sales teams to build tools that improve workflows and customer experience.
- Delivering technology that supports creation and distribution of research content.
- Building enterprise-wide social and collaboration tools used by hundreds of thousands of internal users.
- Designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance fullstack solutions with Java backend and modern JavaScript frameworks on the frontend.
Your skills:
- Strong experience in Java and JavaScript (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with fullstack development, including building REST APIs and integrating with frontend applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and scalable architectures.
- Strong skills in data analysis, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and passion for building innovative, high-quality software.
