Salary range: 136 - 173 PLN net/h

What will you do?

You will join an experienced engineering team responsible for the development and maintenance of a modern cloud‑based environment supporting a large‑scale, business‑critical platform. You will work closely with development teams to design infrastructure, automate environments, implement DevOps practices and support both cloud and on‑prem systems. The role offers high ownership, technical depth and the opportunity to influence the technological direction of the platform.

Your tasks

• Design infrastructure architecture and create technical documentation
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using IaC
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Ensure performance, availability and security of cloud and non‑cloud environments
• Support production and non‑production systems, working closely with development, SRE and DBA teams
• Identify automation opportunities and build end‑to‑end solutions
• Maintain MQ and sFTP connectivity with partner systems
• Coordinate service management activities such as DR, patching and system upgrades
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and network‑related issues
• Evaluate systems and propose improvements through gap analysis

Your skills

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience with GCP and DevOps tooling
• Strong experience with Jenkins, Ansible, Cloud Build and CI/CD automation
• Solid scripting skills in Shell and Python
• Strong knowledge of Linux and containerized platforms
• Understanding of PostgreSQL and DevSecOps pipelines
• Knowledge of IBM MQ, sFTP connectivity and TLS certificate management
• Experience with Java or Python development environments
• Ability to work with global teams and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Go
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, Flux, Docker and GitHub
• Experience working with REST APIs in Shell or Python
• Knowledge of relational databases including Oracle and CloudSQL
• Experience with microservices and messaging systems like Solace
