What are we looking for?

For our in-house SAP team we are looking for a SAP Team Lead willing to work in an international and diverse environment. Are you eager to work in a team towards innovation? Then, you are the person we are looking for!

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Managing an international team of size 8 to 10 members
• Responsible to deliver reliable SAP and non-SAP ERP-related services to the group
• Managing and tracking of the department´s budget
• Managing the relationship with external providers and consultants 
• Strong involvement in internal projects and initiatives (international rollouts, integration of new companies, cloud services, e-invoice, Fiori, etc.)
• Managing SAP S/4 an innovative Hana installation with increasing use of Fiori as well as other cloud-based services
• Managing and maintaining the purchasing and treasury systems (non-SAP)

Skills that will help you succeed:

• Experience in leading an international team located in multiple locations
• Clear evidence of leadership, team building & resource management
• More than 7 years of experience in SAP with main focus on modules FI, CO, SD, DRC.
• Previous experience with S/4 Hana environments, Fiori and RISE
• Very good knowledge in finance related processes (e.g. Accounting, Sales, Treasury, Consolidation, Purchasing)
• Additional knowledge in project and service management tools like JIRA, servicenow, etc.
• Fluency in English (C1)
• Initiative, flexibility, proactivity and responsibility
• Results and service oriented
• Experience working in challenging environments
