What will you do?
As a Retail Banking Offering Owner, you will be joining the CTO team, which is comprised of experts who serve as trusted advisors to both internal and external stakeholders in the fields of business development and technological solutions. You will shape the direction of GFT Poland by identifying business opportunities, preparing and managing offering portfolios, sales and marketing materials. Additionally, you will identify potential partnerships and improve processes. On a daily basis, you will perform business analysis on customer projects, including gathering and documenting requirements and defining and designing solutions for our clients.

You will work in a stable company on demanding and challenging projects for some of the largest financial institutions in the world.
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
- Being responsible for the given offering portfolio, including its maintenance, optimization, and further growth
- Managing business relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners
- Cooperating with the SMEs, Marketing, Sales, C-level stakeholders
- Providing deep expertise regarding market insights, client strategies, competition, analyst reports in specific offering-related areas, etc.
- Monitoring the team’s effectiveness and providing coaching and development opportunities to improve individual and team performance
- Providing guidance and education for GFT’s management and business development on offering and technology strategy. Acting as a trusted advisor for GFT management and business development; thought leader
Your Skills:
- At least +10 years of experience in retail banking sector
- High level of knowledge and experience in cooperation with customers
- Ability to prepare data based offering materials including: benchmarks, market analysis, solution & architecture overview, investment case
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders to shape relationship with customers and partners
- Strong project management skills and capability of handling end-to-end multinational projects
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, client strategies, competition, and industry analyst report specific to the offering portfolio
- Strong experience in business development, including generating leads, managing RFPs (request for proposal), and consultations
- Experience in strategy and management consulting
- Understanding of the banking and technology trends
- Experience with bid management
- Very good interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation
- Experience in conducting workshops and presentations
