Salary range: 14 580 – 22 350 PLN gross/month

What will you do?

You will join a highly skilled development team building a real‑time financial‑data processing platform. You will participate in the full delivery lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing and production support. Your responsibilities will include delivering features in small, frequent iterations, collaborating with a product owner, sharing knowledge within the team, and ensuring high stability and performance of the production environment used by global clients.

Your tasks

• Work closely with a product owner within a team of 4–6 people
• Break down business requirements into development tasks
• Deliver features iteratively into production
• Provide ongoing production support as part of team ownership
• Identify areas of technical improvement and reduce technical debt
• Design solutions consistent with technology standards
• Collaborate and pair with other engineers

Your skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Python
• Experience with Pandas, Numpy and Flask or Django
• Understanding of Agile delivery practices
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within local and global teams
• Proactive mindset, openness to learning and sharing knowledge

Nice to have

• Experience in machine learning, NLP or AI
• Experience with FX or Rates pricing platforms
• Knowledge of KDB or cloud solutions
• Familiarity with JavaScript or Vue
