What will you do?
- Develop and leverage various lead sources (personal and partner contacts, inbound leads, events, and outbound prospecting) to generate a meaningful pipeline
- Support sales workshops to understand clients' needs and prepare proposals in line with the requirements
- Provide revenue forecasts to internal stakeholders and report on the progress status, budget, and goals realization, achieve monthly and quarterly revenue objectives
- Take ownership of proposal development, overseeing its progress and ensuring its alignment with client needs
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for potential growth
- Attend key relevant industry events to build GFT brand recognition
- Translate customer needs into actionable business deliverables, working closely with tech teams to clarify timelines and requirements
- Facilitate the RFP (Request for Proposal) process as needed to drive successful sales outcomes
- Contribute out-of-the box ideas to develop new strategies
Your skills:
- Minimum 6 - 10 years of experience in Banking/Media/Retail/Healthcare
- Knowledge of markets processes (banking especially) and operations would be a great advantage
- Open minded and excited about the future technologies, willing to learn, work and engage
- Experience working with B2B clients, customer-oriented attitude, and understanding of their demands
- Ability to quickly absorb knowledge to keep yourself updated with GFT offering
- Ability to develop, lead, close and grow competitive sales efforts
- Business network in Banking/ Media/ Retail/ Healthcare sector in Poland. Network in CEE region would be a great advantage
- Superior communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Excellent customer service skills. Strong initiative and solid problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English
- Self-motivated, operates with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail
- Hands on hunter and closer
- Passionate about sales
