We are looking for a strong Mid / Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in driving automation, reliability, and scalability of our infrastructure. You will be working in a collaborative environment, contributing to system monitoring, automation, and large-scale migration projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, curious about technology, and eager to grow while working on modern DevOps practices.
What you will do

System monitoring & incident response – implement and maintain monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana), troubleshoot incidents, and minimise downtime.

Infrastructure as Code – design, build, and maintain IaC using Terraform / Terragrunt and Ansible.

Automation & scripting – create and maintain automation pipelines (Jenkins, Groovy, Python, Bash) to streamline deployments.

Cloud & containers – support migration from bare metal to Kubernetes (OpenSee deployment) and gain exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Performance & capacity planning – analyse metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve scalability and resource utilisation.

Reliability best practices – contribute to system resilience, disaster recovery strategies, and post-mortems.

Collaboration – work closely with software engineers, DevOps peers, and stakeholders across different regions.
What we are looking for

5+ years of experience in a DevOps / SRE role.

Strong background in Linux systems administration.

Proficiency with IaC (Terraform / Terragrunt) and Ansible.

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerisation (Docker).

Practical knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, Groovy scripting).

Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.

Familiarity with monitoring & logging (Prometheus, Grafana).

Experience with cloud environments (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure also relevant).

Proactive, curious and eager to learn rather than waiting for instructions.
Nice to have

Experience with Java / Apache Spark support.

Understanding of financial systems, OLAP/ETL and Traded Risk domain.

Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, columnar databases).
