What will you do?
As a Corporate Lawyer you will be responsible for handling all types of legal matters arising in a company. Your tasks will include advising the management on contract, corporate and employment law, communication with GFT’s customers, business partners and vendors and negotiation of different types of commercial agreements.
Your Tasks
- Advising GFT companies in [Poland] and abroad, particularly in the APAC region, on all legal matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for software development and operation, cloud services (software-as-a-service), as well as IT outsourcing and partnership agreements
- Legal advice on the development of new service offerings and IT solutions
- Drafting and further developing standard contracts for sales and purchasing
- Close cooperation with the sales and account teams of the units supported
- Coordinating and managing external law firms
Your Skills
- Completed law degree or comparable degree abroad
- Professional experience (3-5 years) (in a commercial law firm or a company, preferably in the IT sector)
- Good knowledge of contract law (e.g., service and work contracts for IT services)
- Knowledge of or experience in a common law jurisdiction is a plus
- Good understanding of economic relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Due to the international nature of the position, business fluent English skills are required
