What will you do?

We’re looking for a proactive Technical Writer to join a greenfield initiative within the Enterprise Architecture team of a leading financial client.

In this role, you’ll create clear, dynamic documentation and “how-to” guides for internal IT teams working with reusable components across frontend, backend, UX/UI, marketing applications, and reporting tools. You’ll collaborate closely with various stakeholders e.g. architects to structure and build best-in-class documentation from scratch and presenting technical concepts clearly and effectively.

This is not a development role, but requires technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to gathering and organizing knowledge. Fluency in English is essential.

Your tasks

• Create and maintain technical documentation using a "Documentation as Code" approach
• Work closely with development teams to gather information on reusable enterprise components
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all documentation
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to communicate complex ideas in a straightforward way

Your skills

• Proven experience in technical writing or software documentation
• Experience with Documentation as Code tools and methodologies (e.g., Markdown, AsciiDoc, Html, Css, Git)
• Extensive information architecture knowledge
• Strong writing, editing, and research skills, with a keen eye for technical accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with international teams
