Salary range: 125-163 PLN/h

What will you do?

You will collaborate with a global platform team responsible for building and maintaining shared infrastructure services used by multiple internal teams within a large banking environment
The project delivers reusable, highly available services that allow other teams to focus on business value instead of infrastructure management

Your tasks

• Develop and maintain shared platform and infrastructure services (e.g. oAuth, API Gateway, Spark-based solutions)
• Work with Java, Scala and Python in a multi-technology environment
• Ensure high availability of critical services delivered under strict SLA requirements
• Collaborate with multiple internal clients to define and align service features
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations and production support
• Work in a DevOps model, combining development and operational responsibilities
• Cooperate with a globally distributed team (UK, Poland, China, India)

Your skills

• 4+ years of experience with Java 11+ in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot and microservices architecture
• Experience with REST APIs and messaging (JMS, Kafka or similar)
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Maven, Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid knowledge of SQL and databases; experience with JPA / Hibernate
• Understanding of concurrent and multi-threaded programming in Java
• Fluent English and experience working in distributed teams
• Availability for hybrid work (2 days per week on-site)

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and/or Scala
• Kubernetes and cloud platform exposure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience with Spark or big data solutions
