What will you do?
As a Project Management Office Analyst you will be supporting everyday activities of Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Portfolio Managers and Project Heads within your client unit or department as a member of a PMO Team. By combining knowledge and information from different parts of the organization, you will be taking over some of the manager's administrative duties, allowing the manager to focus on the teams and the client. As part of the Governance Family, the PMO takes care of the methodology and standardization of internal processes and is responsible for implementing best practices in the projects.
Your tasks
- Provide end-to-end PMO and project management support for Delivery Managers, Project Heads and Project Teams
- Facilitate access to information upon stakeholders requests
- Maintain and update project management reporting tools
- Ensure risks and issues in processes are identified, reported and escalated as required
- Liaise with corporate functions across GFT Group to execute requested tasks
- Prepare reports on project financials, forecasts, resources actuals etc.
- Take ownership, manage and optimize processes within the account
- Coordinate team members on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Plan and organize PMO team tasks within the account
- Own and manage communication channels (regular internal communication within the account)
Your skills
- +2 years of experience in PMO activities
- Stakeholder management experience
- Good understanding of financial processes
- Understanding Project Management Operations as a service that brings benefits
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy in deliverables – focus on details
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services
- Experience in working with international, distributed and multicultural environment
- Strong team player
- Ability to prioritize tasks, contribution to planning and execution
- Positive attitude, engagement, independence and initiation in acting
Nice to have
- Good command of German
- Power BI
- Sales activities experience including contract management
