What will you do?

 

As Learning & Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s learning and development initiatives to support business growth and strengthen employee capabilities. You will lead the L&D team and implement strategic development programs aligned with the company’s business priorities. As a strategic partner to senior leadership, you will proactively shape the organization’s approach to learning, talent development and culture. Working closely with HR teams, business leaders and the global L&D team, you will ensure that learning initiatives support both individual growth and organizational performance.

 

Your Tasks

 

  • Lead and develop the L&D team and coordinate learning initiatives across the organization.
  • Support the company’s strategy by proactively designing and driving a strategic learning and development roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Introduce modern learning methods and tools to enhance employee development and learning effectiveness, while bringing insights on market trends, best practices, and innovative solutions in the L&D ecosystem.
  • Design and coordinate leadership development initiatives for managers and emerging leaders, working closely with senior leadership to strengthen leadership capabilities and organizational culture.
  • Monitor learning metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and provide strategic recommendations to continuously improve learning impact.
  • Manage the training budget, including planning, monitoring utilization, and reporting, ensuring investments are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable value.
  • Collaborate with the global L&D team to align local initiatives with global standards and best practices.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers and development partners, leveraging a strong network of trainers, consultants and learning providers.

 

Your Skills

 

  • Proven experience in a Learning & Development Manager role, with a strong strategic perspective on L&D, talent management and organizational culture.
  • Experience leading or managing an L&D team and coordinating development initiatives across an organization.
  • Experience working in a technology, IT, or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the L&D market, trends, trainers and training providers, supported by active networking in the learning community.
  • Experience designing and implementing employee development and training programs
  • Experience managing a training and development budget, including planning and monitoring spending.
  • Good understanding of modern learning approaches (e.g., blended learning, digital learning, workshops).
  • Ability to act as a consultant to senior business leaders, translating business challenges into practical and effective development solutions.
  • Experience working with learning metrics and evaluating the effectiveness of development initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and senior stakeholder (including C-suite) management skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Fluent English and Polish (spoken and written).
