The HR Operations department is the heart of every company, and managing personnel files and employee documentation is a key part of this function. If you are a responsible, well‑organized person interested in developing your career in HR, we are looking for you.

 

What you will learn and do during the internship:

 

  • Take an active part in an internal audit of employees’ personnel files: you will learn how to manage and maintain personnel files.
  • Creating and maintaining employees’ personnel files and archiving HR documentation: you will help keep personnel files in order, ensuring the completeness and confidentiality of documents and archiving them in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Supporting day‑to‑day HR activities: you will actively support the HR Operations team in ongoing HR tasks, learning from experienced specialists.

 

What we expect from you:

 

  • Availability of 40 hours per week during business hours in July and August 2026.
  • Presence in the office in Łódź – on‑site work.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the area of HR and payroll.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
