Internship offer in the HR department

 

The HR department is the heart of every company, and managing personal files and employee documentation is a key element of this function. If you are a responsible, organized person interested in developing in the HR area, then we are looking for you.

 

What will you do?

 

  • Creating and maintaining employee personal files and archiving employee documentation: you will be responsible for maintaining order in the personal files of our employees, ensuring the completeness and confidentiality of documents and archiving them in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Induction training for new employees: you will gain experience in organizing induction training for new employees, helping them to quickly join the team.
  • Supporting the current tasks of the HR department: You will actively support the HR Operations department in current HR tasks, learning from experienced specialists.

 

What we expect from you:

 

  • Availability of at least 20 hours a week during office hours.
  • Attendance once/twice a week in the office.
  • Meticulousness and accuracy in work.
  • Organizational skills and independence.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the HR and payroll area.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Communication skills and teamwork skills.
