Tus principales responsabilidades a desarrollar:

The successful candidate should also demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within geographically distributed and multicultural teams.

Develop and enhance strategic market-price platforms to meet evolving business requirements.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business sponsors to understand requirements, define priorities, and effectively manage communication and expectations.

Improve automated testing and deployment processes, increasing the maturity, reliability, and efficiency of the Continuous Delivery pipeline.

Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions for financial markets technology.

Major Challenges:



Building an event based, high-throughput Order Management Platform that will become backbone of Cash Equities Future State Architecture



ESSENTIAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS (Experience, skills, competencies etc)



• Core Java, Spring with microservices, specifically designing and building Low latency systems with architecture and pub sub solutions

• Hands on experience with GCP, Google Cloud Platform

• Knowledge of DevOps tooling (Maven, Jenkins CI /CD, Logging and Monitioring, Troubleshooting).

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering of low-latency or real-time systems.

• Good command of Linux/UNIX command line interface

• Collaborate with a multi-cultural geographically spread global organization

• Non technical knowledge, and banking domain ,excellent communication skills and work effectively with various business and IT stakeholders



Good to have skills (Experience, skills, competencies etc)



• Experience with container runtimes (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with message passing systems such as JMS

• Practicing data-driven optimizations (profiling, metrics collection)

• Problem solving skills with an ability to come up with feasible alternatives and optimal design solutions

SFRD-Data (MIDAS), plays a key role in supporting the bank’s global business and helping our customers succeed. We are looking for highly skilled Full Stack Developers to help expand and strengthen our technology capabilities.

We leverage cutting-edge technologies and modern engineering practices, including microservices, GCP, Java, Spring Boot, CI/CD, and DevOps, to deliver scalable and reliable solutions that create real business value. Continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and ongoing learning are at the heart of everything we do.

About the Team:

The MIDAS team operates the SFRED Data platform, which is part of the bank’s trading infrastructure. The platform manages and processes market rates information from Bloomberg and supports the downstream flow of data through the banking pipeline, including the generation and delivery of order messages to exchange systems.

The team is responsible for developing and owning the next generation of the Markets and pricing trading platform using GCP technologies. The platform will support trading with exchanges and brokers across a range of financial instruments down streaming both external and internal clients mainly from Bloomberg.

The platform is being developed using an Agile mindset, supported by highly automated CI/CD and deployment pipelines. The team is building the core components and services of this strategic platform, which is expected to become a central pillar of the bank’s future trading technology.

The team operates across three major trading hubs—Hong Kong, New York, and London—with development team members based in Mexico, London, and India.
