Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to design and guide enterprise-grade solutions within the financial services and capital markets domain. The role involves defining system architectures, leading the design of distributed, microservices-based platforms, and managing integrations across internal and third-party systems, including document management solutions.

The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of experience in software architecture and delivery, along with strong hands-on technical expertise in cloud technologies, DevOps, and security-focused integration patterns. Excellent communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architecture documentation and system landscape designs, identifying gaps between current and desired states.
• Design scalable, distributed, microservices-based solutions and application infrastructure for large-scale data platforms and enterprise systems.
• Lead the integration of third-party and document management systems with internal platforms, managing data integrations across multiple systems and environments.
• Define security-focused integration patterns covering Single Sign-On (SSO), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), Bring Your Own Key (BYOK), Data Masking, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Architect cloud solutions and APIs using established cloud architecture patterns, including REST and JSON-based service design.
• Guide technology delivery from inception to production, overseeing configuration, testing, and deployment of enterprise-level solutions.
• Build prototypes and proofs of concept (PoCs) to validate architectural decisions and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Provide guidance on DevOps and infrastructure considerations, including CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, and orchestration using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development, support, and business teams to translate requirements into technical designs and communicate architectural decisions effectively.
• Mentor developers and technical professionals on architecture best practices and contribute to technical governance and standards.
