Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps / Production Operations Engineer to support the production operations and operational readiness of a next-generation Stablecoin and Digital Assets Platform. 

This role is focused on ensuring the platform operates securely, reliably, and efficiently in production. The successful candidate will work closely with product, engineering, infrastructure, security, compliance, and operations teams to support production environments, improve operational processes, manage incidents, and drive platform reliability. 

The role is based in Hong Kong and will work directly with the CTO and key business stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities 

Production Operations 

• Own day-to-day production support activities across platform environments. 

• Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and operational KPIs. 

• Coordinate incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution activities. 

• Ensure timely communication and escalation of production issues. 

Operational Readiness 

• Establish and improve production support processes, runbooks, operational procedures, and support models. 

• Drive release readiness, change management, and deployment coordination. 

• Ensure support teams have appropriate documentation and operational knowledge. 

Platform Reliability & Monitoring 

• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability capabilities. 

• Identify reliability risks and proactively drive remediation activities. 

• Improve platform resilience, availability, recovery, and operational maturity. 

Infrastructure & Cloud Operations 

• Support cloud infrastructure and platform environments. 

• Manage deployment pipelines, environment configuration, and infrastructure automation. 

• Work closely with engineering teams to improve operational stability. 

Security & Compliance 

• Support operational controls required for a regulated financial platform. 

• Participate in audits, security reviews, disaster recovery testing, and operational risk assessments. 

• Ensure operational processes align with security and compliance requirements. 

Stakeholder Coordination 

• Act as a bridge between Engineering, Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and external partners. 

• Coordinate operational activities across multiple teams. 

• Provide clear operational reporting and status updates to management. 

Required Experience 

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Production Support, SRE, Platform Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering. 

• Experience supporting critical production systems in financial services, fintech, payments, trading, digital banking, or regulated environments. 

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred). 

• Strong experience in monitoring, observability, incident management, and operational support. 

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation. 

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. 

Preferred Experience 

• Experience supporting blockchain, digital asset, stablecoin, payments, or financial market infrastructure platforms. 

• Experience with Kubernetes, containerized environments, and cloud-native architectures. 

• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. 

• Experience with security operations, audit readiness, and regulated environments. 

• Familiarity with operational processes supporting 24x7 services.
