We are looking for an experienced Python Back-End Developer to contribute to the analytics and lifecycle components of the ABS platform. This includes building services that support pricing, data enrichment, and post-trade workflows for Asset-Backed Securities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Python services to support ABS trade processing, event handling, and data pipelines.
  • Work closely with quants and analysts to implement pricing and analytics logic.
  • Build APIs for structured product lifecycle tracking and regulatory reporting.
  • Optimize code for scalability, data throughput, and reliability.
  • Contribute to CI/CD, testing, and monitoring practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and equities trading processes.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience with Python in enterprise or financial environments.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, system integration, and API development.
  • Exposure to ABS, MBS, or broader Fixed Income product domains is preferred.
  • Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, and batch or real-time processing models.
  • Experience working with cloud or containerized environments a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, set goals, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts in a multicultural team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
