What Will You Be Doing?
The Operations Support Specialist plays a key role in providing administrative support to various management members within the department. This role ensures professional representation of both the department and the company while collaborating with internal teams to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timesheet Management: Oversee timesheet submission and monthly approval follow-ups.
- Consultant Onboarding: Manage purchase orders, assign consultants, explain timesheet process and provide first-login support.
- Contract Renewal and Offboarding: Coordinate all associated processes
- Billing: Prepare and send invoices while managing budget tracking.
- Account Receivable: Monitor and follow up on payment tracking.
- Reporting: Update reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications That Will Help You Succeed:
- 3+ years of administrative or operations experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Autonomous and able to work under pressure.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Accounting.
- Familiarity with SAP and timesheet systems (an asset).
- Experience in the consulting industry (an asset).
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes (an asset).
- Bilingual in English & French (an asset).
