About the Role
We are looking for a .NET Developer to join our growing team in Canada, supporting high-impact initiatives in Capital Markets and FinTech. You will play a key role in building scalable, resilient, and high-performance distributed systems, working with large data sets and modern engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust distributed applications using modern .NET technologies
- Work with large-scale data systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, risk, and technology) to deliver high-quality solutions
- Ensure code quality, testing, and maintainability through best practices and standards
- Contribute to system architecture and continuously improve engineering approaches
- Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines and competing priorities
Must-Have Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of hands-on programming experience in:
- C#
- Modern .NET (.NET Core, .NET 5/6+)
- Proven experience building resilient distributed systems
- Strong experience working with large datasets
- Demonstrated commitment to clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
- Highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience in Capital Markets or FinTech environments
- Exposure to Risk Systems and/or Pricing Model Integration
- Strong interest in large-scale software architecture and system design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Java / Spring Boot, or willingness to learn
- Exposure to Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies or use cases
Work Model
- Hybrid work model – mandatory presence in office
- Must be based in or able to commute to Toronto or Montreal
Salary Range
- 85-100k/year
