We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter who is fluent in French to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent to drive our company's success. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcing qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conducting initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Providing a positive candidate experience by delivering timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technical recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in the IT industry with expertise in Financial & Insurance domain
  • Fluent in both English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Talent Hunting mentality.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, particularly in [ software development]
  • Proficiency in utilizing Success Factors platform
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of recruitment.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency and drive to achieve results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
