Job Description & Responsibilities:
As Senior Project Manager no day is the same. From managing innovative projects, to driving business change and reporting progress to stakeholders, you’ll be working closely with colleagues to deliver projects from start to finish.
You’ll get the best out of people and projects. You’ll be working in diverse areas with diverse people as you lead a project team of 20+ people through the project lifecycle. You’ll set objectives, mentor team members as you create, update, and monitor roadmaps.
You’ll identify, handle, and mitigate risk and work with stakeholders. This role is uniquely complex and requires a level of sensitivity and good communication skills due to the nature of the work. You are an advocate in Agile delivery and will help us to identify the best Agile processes for your projects.
Qualification & Skills
- As a IT Senior Project Manager, you have at least 10 years' experience managing complex IT projects and leading large teams (at least 30 people).
- You have experience working with Agile methodologies, communicating with senior stakeholders, and articulating complex requirements. You are a good communicator and you are able to work with ambiguous requirements while resolving conflicts.
- You have a background in financial service industry, preferrable in private banking and a necessary technical foundation.
- Fluent French and English is a must.
Availability to work 3-4 days a week in the region of Geneva is required.
