Role Summary 

We are looking for a Subject-Matter Expert with IBM COGNOS technology experience to advise and support our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and support. 
  

Role Responsibilities: 

• You understand what our clients' true business requirements are and redefine and/or align them with IBM Cognos application development and upgrades. 

• Implementing changes as needed and testing functionality in close collaboration with the project team 

• Experience with Guidewire InfoCenter and DataHub is a must 

• GOSU is a Plus 

 Your Skills and Competencies: 

• University degree in business information systems or equivalent 

• Good industry knowledge of the Swiss accident and property insurance industry 

• 3 - 5 years of business analyst experience in technology implementations with Guidewire Infocenter / IBM COGNOS incl. it`s migration to a new infrastructure 

• Experience in defining business requirements for a software project using agile methodologies 

• Leading a migration team isn`t something new for you 

• Hands-on experience with Java-based programming languages (GOSU) 

• Fluent in German & English, good negotiation skills with internal as well as external partners and up to 50% mobility for business travel within Switzerland
