Role Summary

At GFT, you will support our clients by assessing and formalizing requests based on their value to the company, accurately documenting and consolidating requirements, and participating in effort estimation.

Work Location: Lausanne

Responsibilities:
 

Analysis Activities:

• Evaluate Requests: Assess the relevance of requests based on their added value for the company and formalize them effectively.
• Document Requirements: Accurately document and consolidate needs and requirements.
• Effort Estimation: Participate in estimating the effort required for implementation.

Management and Coordination Activities:

• Lead Workshops: Prepare and lead workshops focused on capturing detailed requirements.
• Report Preparation: Prepare and distribute comprehensive reports on workshop outcomes to stakeholders.
• Active Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Business Experts, and Business Analysts to ensure smooth project execution.
   

Your Profile: 

• At least 3 years as a Business Analyst in Insurance Industry. 
• Experience with Guidewire is essential.
• Language Skills: Native French speaker with proficiency in English (spoken and written, minimum level B2); knowledge of German is a plus.
• Personal Qualities: Organized with keen attention to detail, proactive with a solution-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills for effective interpersonal relationships.
