At GFT we have an open position for an ITAO profile with some level of hands-on experience in devOps to join to GFT. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person willing to grow in a multi-cultural, motivating and challenging environment.


Your main responsibilities:


• Enrolment of the application in charge in a centralized database according to procedures.
• Fulfil information requests of the application selecting those more sensitive: GDPR.

• If there is any relation with other applications, oversee the onboarding so that others could consume their services.

• Enrolment of new members in the team managing their grants. 
• Accomplish all the SDLC process criteria according to directives provided by Operational Readiness Team.
• Define and implement the application runbook.
• Be able to establish relations with other stakeholders such as TISO, BISO, Operational Readiness and other internal areas.

• Assisting with development of configuration/monitoring/packaging/deployment/automations.

• Identifying, documenting and communicating risks and issues discovered during delivery cycle.



Skills will help you succeed:


  • IT Service Management, IT Governance or IT Project Management background.
  •  Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders. Ability to create and naturally maintain good business relationships with all stakeholders.
  •  ITAO will typically have a rather limited technical hands on involvement.
  • Experience in finance products
  • Experience with CI/CD( jenkins), monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana), Ansible, Bash, etc
  •  Databases: mainly Oracle
  •  Application/web servers (like J2EE based, especially JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic Server, Apache)
  • 4-5 years of work experience in IT;
  • 2-3 years project management or application owner experience.
  • Fluency in German.
  • Nice to have English (at least B2).
