Analista Funcional (Reaseguros)

At GFT we have an open position for a Functional Analyst  to join to GFT. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person willing to grow in a multi-cultural, motivating and challenging environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional project teams and perform business analysis for critical, enterprise-level projects and initiatives
• Funtional analysis (reinsurance)
• Act as the relationship manager between IT and the business units, facilitating communication and strategic alignment
• Perform business process and technology analyses and recommend solutions that are in the best interest of the business and IT
• Facilitate all aspects of project life cycle management

Skills will help you succeed:

• Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Telecommunications, Statistics, Degree in Economics or similar
• Insurance experience: reinsurance
• Fluency in English (at least B2).

• Proactive, motivated and willing to consolidate and develop a professional career

 It would nice to have:

• Experience with Insurance sector, business analysis and Reinsurance functional knowledge.
• Good understanding of how to conduct technical solution assessments.
• Strong consulting techniques and negotiation and skills. Considered decision making skills.
• Appreciation of the challenges and complexity around the delivery of large, strategic, enterprise level solution
