Job Type: Contract to Hire

Duration: 12+ Months

Contract Daily Rate: $800-900

 

GFT is on the lookout for a Workday Product Manager who will lead and help build a Workday practice to one of the biggest and most respected Investment Advisers in the world.

 

Responsibilities:

•          Manage the upkeep & improvements to our Workday HCM Roadmap - including supervising the sourcing of new roadmap technology and the migration of our current roadmap items;

•          Ensure the team has visibility and appropriate means of organizing and prioritizing the work;

•          Partner closely in an ongoing manner with the HRIS Manager, HR Functional Leads and IT teammates - help to define scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, requirements, testing and results;

•          Organize and handle the ongoing prioritization of Workday ‘maintenance’ items. This includes ‘bug and enhancement’ items including leading and/or participating in vital meeting routines.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

•          Minimum 10+ years of overall experience

•          Minimum 8+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in the Financial Services industry

•          Prior Strong Leadership Experience – preferably with offshore\nearshore teams

•          Strong Workday HCM knowledge and experience

•          Prior Workday experience supporting a HR team with implementing and maintaining the platform

•          Understanding of downstream impacts to the various benefits, absence, talent, performance, recruiting, compensation administration modules

•          Strong project management skills

•          Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

•          Proven ‘customer service’ skills; ability to interact with all levels of employees across the firm

•          Self-motivated with proven track record of multitasking and handling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

•          Strong organizational, time management, and collaboration skills

•          Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and a high level of trust and integrity to handle critical and confidential situations \ documentation
