The new GFT Sales Executive determines internal sales agreements and conditions, supervising sales management, seeking for new businesses, following the market, pricing policy and following high-level business negotiations.
Responsibilities:
Developing and managing professional relationships with contacts in prospects/clients, with the objective of generating presentations meetings.
Identifying marketing opportunities and developing sales leads.
Analyzing prospects/clients issues in order to clearly identify requirements and shape existing GFT offerings accordingly.
Supporting or leading end to end sales processes, orchestrating and working collaboratively with other areas of GFT in order to meet client requirements.
Negotiating and influencing decision making within prospects/clients base in order to hit financial targets and contribute to the overall performance of GFT.
Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance metrics.
May take on the role of Account Manager, responsible for managing the client relationship and project profitability (P&L), ensuring all decisions made are in line with commercial requirements.
Skills/Requirements:
A bachelor's or associate's degree, or a similar qualification. A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology would be advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of experience in working with business development in the IT Services and/or Consultant companies.
Experience in selling IT services and solutions to Asset Management companies, as well as their portfolio of invested companies.
Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.
Ability to explain and demonstrate IT product specifications and functionalities.
Advanced proficiency in IT industry terminology and jargon.
Ability in negotiating sales deals, contracts, and service agreements.
