Per la nostra sede di Milano, cerchiamo una figura junior da inserire in stage nel team Learning&Development. 

 

La persona sarà di supporto alle attività inerenti allo sviluppo individuale e organizzativo e, in affiancamento ai colleghi, si occuperà delle seguenti tematiche: 

  • analisi dei comportamenti organizzativi; 
  • realizzazione di progetti di sviluppo e formazione in ambito organizzativo; 
  • realizzazione di progetti formativi diretti a promuovere lo sviluppo delle potenzialità di crescita individuale; 
  • partecipazione ai progetti di Assessment e bilancio delle competenze;
  • gestione del modello delle competenze 

 

  

Requisiti: 

  • Laurea in Psicologia del lavoro o equivalente 
  • Propensione all’apprendimento 
  • Buona conoscenza dei principali applicativi di Microsoft Office 
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta sia parlata 
  • Buone capacità di problem solving 
  • Buone capacità di organizzazione 
  • Buone capacità di lavorare in squadra 
  • Proattività e precisione
