Role Summary

We are looking for well-rounded Enterprise Architects to join our UK team to enable our clients in deeply optimising their journey to transform and build enterprises that foster business resilience and business agility; leveraging upon modern IT practices with Cloud, Data, Operations/DevOps, Application Engineering and Enterprise Architecture. 

You would have a similar grip and drive to make IT deliver as a CTO would have for the org. The prospects of shaping opinions, reviewing the current state, optimizing the path to future state, diving deep on-demand across various connected IT disciplines, and learning by doing shall give you a genuine kick!

 

Role Responsibilities 
You will be looked upon as the “go to” person by our clients for guidance and advisory on all things IT from strategy to delivery. While, you are not expected to have expert in-depth knowledge of all fields, a comb shaped background and approach will be key to success with the role. 

 

Required Experience
•    Holistic view of Enterprise IT; Delivery, Operations, Product, Business, Customers, Vendors, Regulators
•    Adept at managing and overseeing multiple delivery teams simultaneously 
•    Pre-Sales and evangelization skills; GTMs, Client workshops, Roadshows, Tech Meetups
•    Operations => DevOps led approach to operational resilience; SRE, IaC, CI, CD, GitOps, DevSecOps and FinOps 
•    Operations => Understanding of ITIL4 and operational integration between DevOps, ITSM and ITAM processes
•    Cloud => Expert understanding of one or more public Cloud; GCP, AWS, Azure. Appreciation of challenges and gains of hybrid & multi-cloud architecture  
•    Cloud => Cognizance of optionality and best practices around Data Security, IDAM, Networking on Cloud
•    App Dev => Conversant with modern Application Architecture best practices; Microservices, Service Mesh, Event based Architecture, CQRS, Domain Driven Design, APIs, Containerisation, Kubernetes
•    Data => Conversant with modern Data Architecture and data driven empowerment of enterprises; Data Strategy & Governance, Data Mesh & Data Lake, Data Engineering – Batch & Streaming, Data Science – AI/ML, Data Warehouse, Data related regulations – GDPR, BCBS 239, PCI DSS etc.
•    Legacy => Exposure to On-Prem and legacy architectures; Enterprise Service Bus, SOA, Internal Clouds – Pivotal, OpenShift, Oracle 

 

Behavioural Skills:
•    Strong senior/CxO level stakeholder management, influencing and footprint expansion skills
