What will you do?

As a iOS Senior/Lead Developer you will be responsible for creating and implementing high-quality solutions for the largest investment banks in the world. On a daily basis you will work in Scrum, lead and motivate a team of engineers as a line manager, shape the team by interviewing and onboarding new joiners, take responsibility for project deliverables, monitor and report progress of the project (timesheet, risk management, project status) and cooperate with client on a daily basis. 

Your skills:

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in iOS programming
• Strong knowledge of Swift, patterns and good practices related to developing apps for iOS platform
• Experience with SwiftUI highly desirable
• In-depth knowledge of UIKit including developing custom controls
• Experience with commonly used patterns like MVVM, VIPER and ability to write readable unit tests
• Understanding architectural & hardware limitations for mobile programming
• Knowledge of reactive programming with Combine or RxSwift
• General broad familiarity with a variety of technologies covering the full application stack (front-end, back-end, databases, integration technologies)
• Familiarity with version control systems and experience with working on a codebase with multiple contributors
• Practical knowledge of the Scrum methodology or similar agile methodology
• Good communication skills and ability to establish effective cooperation with clients
• Fluent English and readiness for frequent written, phone or direct communication

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of JIRA or other project management tools
• Experience in CI/CD with fastlane
• Experience in automated UI testing
• Experience with Cloud technologies
• Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries
• Experience with multiple mobile platforms
• Full-stack development experience
• Work experience in distributed teams
