Your responsibilities:

• Design experiments, test hypotheses, and build models
• Supporting client project to design, build and implement analytic based solutions
• Assisting in the development of prototype versions of data-oriented modules and applications. Develop prototype statistical analysis and modelling algorithms and apply these algorithms and predictive modelling techniques for data driven solutions to new problems
• Program and maintain data modules working from written and oral requirements and specification

Your skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data science projects, specifically with Machine Learning, and minimum 4 years of overall engineering experience
• Good Python programming skills (including libraries: Scikit-learn, Pandas and NumPy)
• Good Data Engineering skills
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning components
• Experience in Data Visualization tools and techniques
• Broad knowledge of ML problems classes and techniques(forecasting, classification or NLP)
• Proactive attitude, being able to propose solutions and good communication skills
• Critical thinking

Nice to have:

• MS or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or related technical discipline
• Programming experience with R
• Finance/banking or retail domain knowledge
• Practical knowledge of Agile processes & tooling: Azure DevOps, Confluence, Kanban, Scrum etc.
