Talent Acquisition Lead

 We are looking for Talent Acquisition Lead to join the GFT APAC team and help build our rapidly expanding business, while striving to create strong supply of tech talents for our projects/ clients.

As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will work with Delivery and Staffing team to understand, analyze and find relevant resources to supply in accordance with the demand from our clients/ projects with International standard.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Capable of sourcing, and searching for diversified tech positions.
  • Responsible for end-to-end hiring process.
  • Deploy multiple approaches relevant channels to enhance sourcing to speed up interview process.
  • Provide candidates with GFT information which include stakeholders’ expectation, interview process to ensure they know clearly about what we need.
  • Directly work with stakeholders to provide sufficient communication during the hiring process.
  • Able to manage stakeholders’ expectations from recruitment perspective.
  • Support team members about interviewing, sourcing, managing stakeholders & necessary skillset.
  • Provide necessary support/advice to each team member.
  • Learn, collect data & giving continuous ideas to improve TA processes.
  • Strategize people planning.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 4-year experience in IT recruitment, 6 years in overall hiring.
  • Excellent in both Vietnamese & English communication.
  • Strong experience in executive hiring & team mentoring.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office, especially data analysis.
  • Practical, fast & flexible.
  • High proficient skills in managing stakeholders.
  • Good planning & organizational skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Previous experience of working in an international environment.
