Role Summary

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Admin to join the GFT APAC team and help build our rapidly expanding business, while striving to create strong supply of tech talents to our projects/ clients.

 

As a Talent Acquisition Admin, you will work directly with Talent Acquisition team to individually handle all admin tasks to support recruitment process. Working as part of a team, this role will assist fulfilling the demand from our clients/ projects with international standards.

 

Key Activities

- Update daily recruitment database on Excel and our in-house recruitment system.

- Be responsible for inputting data accurately in team’s report.

- Ensure to format all the applications according to global criteria.

- Be able to work with internal and external team to collect information for admin tasks.

- Support some recruitment activities as assigned: screening applications, scheduling interview, sending thank you letter.

- Undertake all recruitment admin tasks assigned and other upon request.

 

Required Skills

- At least 1-year experience in admin, especially in IT-recruitment.

- Good in both Vietnamese & English communication.

- Highly proficient in Microsoft office, especially data analysis.

- Detail – oriented, hardworking, work under stress ability.

- Practical, fast and flexible.

- Good planning and organizational skills.

- Coordination and follow-up skills

- Previous experience of working in an international environment.
