About the role:
Greet clients and visitors, ensuring each person feels welcomed and valued. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency, directing them to the appropriate departments. Manage appointment schedules, assist with basic administrative tasks, and keep the reception area organized. Throughout the day, you’ll be the first point of contact, maintaining a professional yet friendly atmosphere that reflects our company culture.
A day in this role:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate contacts.
- Manage daily appointment schedules and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the company’s standards.
The expertise requested:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment calmly and professionally.
- Experience with appointment scheduling and managing visitor logs.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
