Job description

Our Ideal Candidate:


Will be part of a small but mighty team. This new addition to our team must be a team player and have creative bone within them. We have a mission to bring awareness to the the successful solutions we have created for our clients and build the GFT brand name in the United States.




  • Event and third party conference management: venue search, budget management, logistics, negotiate contracts, promotional items.
  • Report to Human Resources Head regarding Internal Employee Communications.
  • Assist with employer branding activities.
  • Light writing for blogs and Social media.


Skills Required:  


  • Must have strong English skills, specially writing.
  • Experience with Social media channels such as Linkedln, Instagram and Twitter.
  • Knowledgeable with Pardot SalesForce.
  • Excellent time management and organizacional skills.


Desired or Nice to Have Skills:


  • Adobe (photoshop, illustrator, indesign)
  • Used to work with remotely distributed teams
  • US-Visa (B1/B2)
