We are seeking an accomplished and highly experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing project delivery and leading project teams to implement IT solutions that meet our clients' strategic objectives.
Role responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget
- Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting the adoption of Agile best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing risks and issues to ensure project success
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Provide regular project status updates and detailed reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure strict adherence to GFT’s project management methodologies, standards, and best practices
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and team performance.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is highly desirable
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in project management and Agile methodologies, ideally within the IT or banking industry
- Good communication in Thai and English.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop project teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
- Extensive experience in digital banking or financial services projects
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and associated technologies
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
- Banking domain knowledge is a plus
