TECHNICAL TEAM LEADER – INTERNATIONAL DEV TEAM

Who are we looking for?

A Team Leader with at least 3 years of experience in leading and managing a team of 5-10 developers (Java mostly). 

If you accept the challenge, you'll have the opportunity of leading an international team, on-shore (Florence, or anywhere else in Italy) e off-shore (Poland) and your key responsibilities will include: 

• being the focal point of the group, not only on a technical level, but also for team and project dynamics. 
• estimating team effort and level of responsibility 
• being the single point of contact with the client (external and internal) 
• handling the entire life cycle of complex projects. 

Technical Skills:

• Programming Languages: Java, Sql, Javascript
• Framework/Tools: Spring, Springboot, Hibernate, Swagger, Angular, React
• Knowledge of API Rest
• Dev automation: Jenkins
• Versioning: Git (GitHub, Bitbucket), Svn
• Database Management System: JPA
• Application e Web Server: Weblogic, Tomcat, WildFly
• DB: Oracle
