As a receptionist, you will be responsible for ongoing reception service and taking care of the company's good image.

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing reception service
• Handling both domestic and foreign guests
• Managing physical access to the office
• Supply management of food and office supplies
• Supporting for conferences and office events
• Taking care of proper communication in the office
• Supporting employees in ongoing administrative activities
• Correspondence management
• Taking care of the company's good image

Your skills:

• Communicative knowledge of English in speech and writing
• Min. secondary education
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Communicativeness, pleasant disposition, proactivity
• High personal culture, accuracy and systematicity

Nice to have:

• Experience in a similar position working abroad or in an international organization
