What will you do?

You will join a project for an investment bank and will be a part of a team responsible for building a financial risk management system. The goal is to move and analyse huge volumes of data (up to few TBs). Adhere to regulatory and reporting requirements.

Oracle Developer in this project will mainly deal with:

• Design, build, test and deploy data intensive solutions * ETL development
• Design and implementation SQL and PL/SQL components
• Onboarding new data sources, design, build, test and deploy various data processing pipelines|

Your skills:

• At least 3-4 years of commercial experience as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer
• Very good knowledge of Oracle databases including: - design of relational databases - PL/SQL programming (clean code, good practices/patterns) - performance optimization of queries that operate on large volumes of data (bottlenecks detection)
• Very good command of English (frequent communication with English-speaking customers)
• Basic DBA skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Cloud Data engineering toolset (GCP)
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools
• Python/PySpark
