In pursuit of its ambitious growth objectives in Asia Pacific, GFT is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the regional Marketing team and help to develop and enhance our brand in the market and capitalise on the extensive expertise and know-how, to generate broader brand recognition and a pipeline of new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Help develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various channels, including website, social media, email, and more.
- Create high-quality and engaging content, including articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics, that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Manage social media platforms and online communities, including content scheduling, monitoring, and responding to user engagement.
- Support the development and implementation of the CRM Marketing Strategy to enhance customer engagement through proactive communication and marketing automation.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, content reach, and campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and performs well in terms of readability, relevance, and conversion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications/Journalism, Creative Media, or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience working in marketing, communication, or in a similar field.
- Experience in IT or financial services would be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube), email marketing (Pardot), and content marketing.

Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and website optimization.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics would be a plus.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content across different formats and platforms.
- Good interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing approaches.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
