What will you do?

 

Currently, we are seeking a talented Software Test Engineer with Italian to join our team and be a part of an exciting project where a new tester practice will be developed.

 

 

The scope of duties covers:

 

  • Collaboration with Italian team of experts
  • Conducting quality assurance testing to ensure the highest level of product excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Continuous improvement and enhancement of automation testing skills, leveraging your existing basic knowledge in this area
  • Providing valuable insights and recommendations for process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

 

 

Your skills:

 

  • Knowledge of various testing techniques and the ability to use them in practice (at least 2 years of commercial experience)
  • Novice to intermediate level of experience with frontend/backend/mobile automation and/or performance testing tools (experience in test automation is recommended)
  • Either knowledge of UFT Platform / HP ATM Platform or willingness to learn it
  • Desire to build and evolve automation and development skills
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle processes and the QA lifecycle and methodology
  • Experience in every-day use of version control system (git)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with JIRA and other defect tracking tools
  • Practical experience with TDD/BDD
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes
  • API testing experience
  • Experience in creating test documentation and test reports
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, objectivity, strong problem-solving skills
  • Communicative Italian and English knowledge in speech and writing (everyday work with Italian team)
