What will you do?

Currently, we are seeking a talented Senior Software Test Engineer with Italian to join our team and be a part of an exciting project where a new tester practice will be developed.

The scope of duties covers:

• Collaboration with Italian team of experts
• Conducting quality assurance testing to ensure the highest level of product excellence and customer satisfaction
• Development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Continuous improvement and enhancement of automation testing skills, leveraging your existing basic knowledge in this area
• Providing valuable insights and recommendations for process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

Your skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Programming experience in one or more of the following languages: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python
• Hands-on experience in frontend, API and/or database test automation: Selenium, Cypress, Serenity BDD, REST API testing, Cucumber
• Experience with defect tracking/management tools such as JIRA.
• Demonstrated experience with industry standard Quality Assurance best practices for Agile and Iterative SDLCs, testing methodologies, implementation, and deployment activities.
• Experience in every-day use of version control system (git)
• Experience in testing in a continuous integration environment Jenkins/TeamCity, Maven
• Ability to conduct performance tests using dedicated tools (e.g. Jmeter)
• Experience in mobile testing, cloud migration testing or data integrity testing
• Ability to design test strategy for a project
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Working experience in creating test documentation (Test Plan, test report, basic test metrics) and dealing with project requirements
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Consulting skills - effective cooperation with the client and/or end users
• Communicative Italian and English knowledge in speech and writing (everyday work with Italian team)
